SHIPPING

 

Orders are shipped 2-5 business days after they are processed. We ship via USPS and FedEx. Once your order ships, you will receive an email notification & tracking number.

Baja Zen is not responsible for orders shown as "delivered" in the tracking notification. However, if you have not received your order that is marked as "delivered", please contact us and we will do our best to assist in tracking down your package.  

Currently, we only ship within the USA.

Due to the handcrafted nature of our collection, returns or exchanges cannot be offered at this time. We’re happy to answer any questions you may have about the products prior to making a purchase. For product-related questions, feel free to email customercare@bajazenusa.com.

All of our items are carefully inspected before they are shipped. In the event that your package arrives with damages, please contact Baja Zen within 3 days of delivery receipt. We will request photographic proof of damage to process a claim/return/refund. Please contact us at customercare@bajazenusa.com for further details.
