Orders are shipped 2-5 business days after they are processed. We ship via USPS and FedEx. Once your order ships, you will receive an email notification & tracking number.
Baja Zen is not responsible for orders shown as "delivered" in the tracking notification. However, if you have not received your order that is marked as "delivered", please contact us and we will do our best to assist in tracking down your package.
Currently, we only ship within the USA.
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, simply return it for a refund of the item(s), less shipping & handling charges. To request a return, please contact email@example.com to receive return shipping instructions.
Returns will only be accepted within the following guidelines:
+ Baja Zen must be notified of a return request no later than 7 days after receipt of the item.
+ All items must be returned in their new, original, unused condition. Baja Zen will not accept any items returned that are not in original condition.
+ Upon receipt of your returned item(s), we will notify you and process your exchange/refund. Please allow 3-5 business days for this process.
Please Note: The customer is responsible for shipping and handling costs to return the item. If the item does not reach us safely, Baja Zen will not be held responsible.
All of our items are carefully inspected before they are shipped. In the event that your package arrives with damages, please contact Baja Zen within 3 days of delivery receipt.
